It surely wasn't pretty.....but got it out on the first try!!!! . Just waiting on parts and I think this may be the end of my project!!!! Thanks for the idea OLD MAGNET!!!!

Yes. Mostly on my brother’s badgering. I knew welding this was the way to go but.....had to waste 1/2 the day messing with the easy out. Lesson learned!!!!

933 back and running!!!
This has been a process....very worthwhile one as well as a great learning experience.
Here is a synopsis of what I went through and possibly some shortcuts for you all to get to the final issue:
Start of story.
Original cause for concern.
Engine blew out radiator coolant from pressure relief valve at start up and went to overheat. Additional signs were build up of air trapped in the cylinder head. Bubbling in radiator with cap off. Very distinct bubbles along with a carbon film on the top of the coolant.
Ultimate solution and how found.
Issue ended up being a cracked pre-combustion chamber. Found it finally by running it under load and pre-combustion chamber separated.
Initial things I should have done prior to tearing anything down. Measure the exhaust manifold temperature. This pinpointed the cylinder in question. I did find this prior to it separating. It lead me to believe that I didn't torque it sufficiently, which I proceeded to do. Shortly after it separated.

Long way around to get to the same conclusion.
I didn't follow this routine, I took the head off without identify the problem. I ended up doing a partial top overhaul. Did this need to be done.....probably but I wish that I would have done the simple check on the exhaust manifold. When I did the check, it was very apparent what cylinder was the issue. But this was after a new head gasket, reworked head, new seals, some new cylinder head studs and nuts, new sleeve in the number two cylinder with rings. In hindsight, the weak link in this work was the Pre-combustion chambers. Should have replaced them all when I did the head. I didn't because they were no longer available. (I have them now available.....Private Message ME.) All went back together and still the problem. On the bright side, found out that the engine had been previously redone, 30 thousand over on the crank and rods as indicated on the crank journal.
In all the down time waiting for parts, replaced the Main clutch brake band, and while I was in there I pulled the clutch and inspected the clutch disks. All Good. Also, rebuilt the main hydraulic pump, (seals and bearing).
R/R the fuel pump and installed with new seal. Found it to be in almost Zero wear on plates.
Last modification was that I replaced the perpetually leaking fuel line with some really nice hose and new fittings on both ends. (Used JIC 10 bulkhead fittings.....angle didn't line up perfectly but no leaks.
All in all, I now have a machine that I better understand along with it's in pretty good running condition.
Last update needs to be a new cutting edge on the loader bucket and possibly new bottom rollers if I ever run across any.
