97Lxxxx is the correct single shank ripper for your unit. (22Mxxxx is for multi shank)
Seems that was the common choice for ripping lava.
Here's the parts breakdown for the 4-barrel ripper cylinders.

If you give the dealer your cylinder number they may have seal kits for them, might save a little dough.

I did both bulldozer rams and the tilt cylinder. $1050aud for seals from cat. I thought that was pretty reasonable.
