Ok then, lol, its easier to order the kit than each part number, that sound better?

Agree, we will see. Every time I go into Cat it is tough for them to look stuff up as the age of the dozer.... Kinda of like deer in a headlight...

New lock nuts too?

Good point, $155 each (cat, not yellow-mark). So about $1360aud.

Tilt cylinder was a different style nut with a ball bearing and a cir-clip.

Cheap compared to the thought of having to do it again in 12 months time i suppose

Well I am right behind you and will be ordering everything Monday and cracking her open to fix the cylinders... All of them... The fronts as well I might as well do... If I dont you know they will leak in a month or so.... So get the new lock nuts as well... That makes sense....We are going to get her home today we leave in 30 minutes....My first time loading her up on a lowboy... That should be fun... My D7G was fun the first time I needed a change of drawers after that one... This with the 14' blade is a different animal.... She is a beast....

Hi, gvanhouten.
Probably too late by now but --- If at all possible, have someone guiding you as you load it. Once you get used to the size of the li'l jigger, you'll likely get to know exactly where those tracks are going at all times but, unless you have a widening lowboy like we have in DowNunda, there is going to be some track overhanging on both sides of the deck. It'z definitely easier if you have someone guiding you to help you keep that overhang equal on both sides.

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Thanks Des, she is officially at home now.... I was fortunate I did not have to load her the driver did and I spotted him.... The blade was a bit sketchy.... Umm she hung over way to much but we got her sorted out.... Here is a new video showing her spot under a coconut tree.... Time to go out and wash her and get her right..... Thanks Everyone that helped to get me to this place.....

What can be done without removing the torque converter? Can the Trans/steer pump input gear seal be replaced without taking out the Torque Converter?

The Tractor will not be moved for 2 more days and I would really like to try and fix it if it is a pump issue or something that can be fixed without taking the T/C out... Please let me know thank you......

Okay, rainy day here in Hawaii but doing to go out and start checking the scavenger pump and breather. The Cat dealer suggested as well I take off the oil cooler as sometimes that can also be the problem with oil in transmission...

Please let me know any suggestions out there with how to go about it... Thanks

Have you given it a decent run to confirm it is a continuous re occurring problem and not just every thing filling up after a long spell.

Hey George,

I do not seem to be able to see the video of the D9 being loaded on the flat bed. Is the video traveling across the Pacific to reach the main land before we can see it? (ha ha).

I believe we ALL are interesting in seeing it though:biggrin1::biggrin1::biggrin1:.
