-is the engine consuming any oil from engine crankcase?
-all fluid levels holding?
-just wondering if there could be other mechanical issues as well? (sticky rings, worn valve guides etc)
-have you checked valve lash? and is it holding?
-checking injectors and fuel injection pump first to verify everything within spec as you're doing is the correct way to proceed:clap2:
-a process of elimination i suppose..

Hi Mike,
now your getting somewhere--nozzles look somewhat carboned up on the tips--one or two appear wet but that can occur when you remove them--for sure a nozzle tester would be the way to tell for sure.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

-really sounding better Mike....and checking the valve lash is great too...it tells a lot of the engines condition..
