941 16U (Japan) is the same as the (US)80H, same as the 70H but you've got to watch the s/n's.
I show a 9K0322 ring gear goes with a 3P0783 pinion both fitted to French built D4D tractors 59J1103-up and 7R435-up, both 1972 production. These also use the later 9K0323 cross shaft.
Your 70H is 1969 production.

9k0322 ring gear has threaded holes to bolt to cross shaft. Earlier ones used bolts and nuts. Just something to check.
Also, be aware that if the 941 is like the D4, when you go to the updated pinion you also need a few other updated parts including the bearing carrier for the larger seal.
