Josh....if you read this does the NPR show application for a 7B5191 cover or housing, whatever it is.

I am going to put this back together unless someone has some final idea about the threaded hole. Reviewing my SRB I see the photos below that illustrate the 2-1/4" bolt inserted OM may be referring to above. Nothing on my governor indicates it needs to be attached to the housing.

Ok-installed and all the studs are nutted and tightened down. Those two low ones on the block side are difficult-two nuts in the socket with grease to make them hang on and a swivel. Got them from the top, not from the side along the block. May have been easier with a smaller drive-I used a 3/8" and one long and two short extensions. You can see the bolt in the infamous plug hole-I just threaded it in with a lock washer on it.


The O-ring 8B4967 off machine and new side by side. CCJersey discussed this on about every relevant thread and mentions the deformation of it.
