Got it d2gary, my mistake again, it was Jon "Bmr" who was sending the bins to Australia last year, I think to Lance Jones, not sure if they have left the USA yet.

My sleeves are shorter than the cylinders about 3/4 of inch and set on a ledge. Feel sure it would have worked with the bottom ring installed,
but decided to leave bottom ring off.
