since its a diesel injector pump the best is diesel as it wont hurt anything. but you can use inox, penertrene, wd40, rp7, bolt off, yield all are good.

yield and bolt off work very well so does loctite's super penertrating oil. another old standby is a mix of kerosene and oil or diesel and oil. which is basically all penertrene is a mix of kero with oil and a few additives.
