Not a really fair comparison on the videos as taking a large tree down is far more difficult than just pushing dirt and loose brush and stumps--that first operator certainly did abuse the machine but suggesting he get a newer, better machine is not going to be useful. Many times you have to use what you have to try and get the job done.
Whatever, I guess it's each to his own then. But when it blows up or quits working or somethings busted then they're whining and complaining and wondering what happened and need all kinds of help. Well then dont beat the crap out of your machines or just run the crap out of them and dont fix them right in the first place and try to put them to work! He was beating a dead horse! Good luck!

What happened to Rome's video? I have never seen a spear being used and it was very interesting!
I couldnt get to load here, it's under Cat D7E with Rome K/G Blade Clearing. It was a large Bur Oak tree with fence wire in the base, thats why I couldnt cut it down, the rest went for firewood, I then split the stump out.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
