Couple more pictures from the event -
The "Pre-event" Safety Meeting - Discussion ---   Well done - well planned!
Might be "overkill" for the sled pulling contest?  Chapter 15 President Greg Shandel "making dust"!
8-16 - what a wonderful restoration
Bean Trackpull - not many of these around.
D4 -- Anyone see one with these "custom" controls?   I heard rumour that there was even some special effects presented by this machine?  Sorry - I have no pictures - maybe someone has and can post them?

Hi, Folks.
Does anybody recognize this long, narrow individual seen loitering near a Cat 933 track loader at this same event?

Any helpful information aiding in the apprehension of this person would be much appreciated.

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Patrick Ranch - Chico, Ca
Pics are not of Caterpillar Gray or Yellow, hope you all enjoy.
What a fantastic job in the restoration of the IHC 8-16 - they deserve a "WELL DONE"!

Even had some other off color crawlers. I told them they weren’t allowed to unload. 😝
Thanks for coming out to visit, you guys. Turnout was actually pretty good I am told.

Thanks for all the great photos and memories. Remember a 5A JD combine in our junk pile in the pasture. Had a super M but it would not do a wheelie. Spent a couple days dragging a dirt buggy around behind a TD-18 or probably a TD-18A. I thought the twin stacks sounded cool!

Geez! Someone mentioned Vegimite sammiches and Deas high tailed it out of dodge...I wonder how many other nice photos CTSnowMan has to share? He is quite the photographer and we are glad to see him come out of hibernation. Had OilSlick come up for air from his honeymoon, he would have been in Tri tip heaven. I heard they fed quite a few people, yet had plenty for seconds, thirds and take home along with platters of BBQ chicken. Sorry I had missed out on the feasting, as I had to make the short drive back to my town to load out the "44" scraper bound for Nevada.
This show was put on at the very last moment, as we are all aware of the Covid 19 crisis we have endured. Everyone was happy to be out eating dirt and fumes.

All I can say is I missed a great opportunity to enjoy this event, less than 3 hrs from home. Thanks you all for sharing the great pictures and dialogue. I noticed that the "working" area was kept real flat and smooth, did Deas have anything to do with that?? Thanks again for sharing.

You missed out. Had several from Sonoma county guys come out. Deas DID help, he didn’t get on any of the iron. Lol. A nice young man named Tony made that field picture perfect after we all pulled out. His trusty D4 orchard tractor in 4th gear pulling a Marvin MultiPurpose plane. The local community college is coming out with a surveying class and bringing their own heavy equipment class to try their hand at leveling “to grade”.
It’s always nice to watch some very skilled young women operate BIG iron. I might have to go back and be tutored by them! JM
