Febuary start & load.
1st time for me to load it enough to clik it to highest throttle notch.  Using 3 15kw 3ph resistive type heaters trying to heat over to nw ohio!  It's running at 900 rpm.

Very nice Mike and this is what I like about generators and ag work, that it's steady and at full power. That engine sounds really nice. Looked like the pointer was showing about 450 rpm or something - is it reading half the actual rpm? Could use that to melt the ice dam off the roof! : )

Cheers,
Neil

Yes, Tach reads 1/2 speed, i haven't been able to find the right stewart warner reversing adapter OR a 1000rpm ccw tach.
thanx.

Right Mog! I was casting a critical eye around the neighborhood because I did have some ice buildup; not too bad but a bit more than I really want. But then I looked at my neighbor's roof and he had a huge amount at the terminal of one of his valleys, and this after putting 3000# of extra insulation in along with fitting more baffles and sealing up the light cans. Turns out everyone in the area had significant ice so I expect the climatic conditions exacerbated the icing - snow, melt, freeze, snow, melt, freeze. We have had a bit of that. This season's been better (i.e. colder) but still out of whack

Cheers,
Neil
