Hi, Elton.
I could be wrong but It may not be very hard at all to find the parts to swap controls. Others on here have had much more experience with these winches than I have and would thus know more about parts availability.

There are posts on here detailing putting a winch on a machine with a seat tank. Spacing it up for clearance etc.
If you had two tractors maybe change out seat and fender tank along with the winch..........

Hi Team,
early Hyster winch manuals are here on the Allied site.
You should be able to ID your winch by its shape etc. and select the correct manual that should give the various options for fitting to the relevant machine. These early manuals should have fitting instructions, servicing, as well as parts data.
