Sad day at the scrapyard

Where would the serial numbers be on this machine, i havent found any. The casting codes on the cylinders are 1936 does that sound right?
One of the guys at the scrap yard knew some history on this tractor. Said it was running but used lots of oil so was parked in a barn 15 years ago.
I left canntact info with the scrap yard owner and he said if anything old Cat came in he would let me know.
