Hi, d2gary.
Lookin' back - wottittwoz.

Ring any bells??????????

Looks like somebody didda pretty major conversion on it somewhere in its past.

Just my 0.02.

That sure looks like it. I was pretty sure that it was modified from something else because of the other mounting points.
Who was the original manufacturer?
Thanks for the picture and any info.

That's an interesting machine. Probably a good one to restore, I would think not many left in existence.

I tried to get some pictures but it's hard to get the camera in there and to focus. It does have the 4 bolts around the shaft and the side brackets for the pump guard to bolt to.
Serial number is 9w3831 and its 2 valve. Has cat levers and diverter blocks. I dont have any immediate use for it if you can use it.

I'll take it if you want to let it go. PM me with the details.

Cheers,
Neil

But Neil, Mother only just got her car back into the garage after 6 years of your restoring the D2, not sure she's going to be too happy seeing that monster sitting in her parking spot for the next 5 years............:eyebrows::eyebrows:

Ha, you'll laugh Mike. I just kicked her car back out again because I'm adding a carport on the side of the garage so it needs to be opened up so I can figure out where to put the studs, and then after that, the D2 is moving in. I think she has a lot in common with Anna the Saint : )

Oooooh, poor Mother, after all those years parking her nice car out in the weather while that rotten D2 had prime spot!!

Yes, Anna the Saint knows all about being dislodged by old Cat crud, I've had new D4 final drive bearings sitting in the freezer for over a year now waiting to be fitted to my 2T, every time Anna runs short of space for the peas and corn I get a gentle reminder of maybe overstepping the boundaries some times!!

I was able to clean out the leaves and brush and got a couple pictures of the mounting points.
