I tried to get some pictures but it's hard to get the camera in there and to focus. It does have the 4 bolts around the shaft and the side brackets for the pump guard to bolt to.
Serial number is 9w3831 and its 2 valve. Has cat levers and diverter blocks. I dont have any immediate use for it if you can use it.

Ha, you'll laugh Mike. I just kicked her car back out again because I'm adding a carport on the side of the garage so it needs to be opened up so I can figure out where to put the studs, and then after that, the D2 is moving in. I think she has a lot in common with Anna the Saint : )

That's an interesting machine. Probably a good one to restore, I would think not many left in existence.
