Not likely but check dismantles for the Cat units from the time, with 2 or 3 valves.
I have been a proponent building your own system. But BEGE units can be had new yet. Well you may have built or find a tank, but pump and valves are available. But what kind hydraulics are on the scraper before "we" start designing here. A low pressure high volume or more modern. The high volume pump and valves end up being expensive today because most are built for the more normal higher pressure of today.
To built a 30 gpm or less system is relatively cheap, a vane pumps and a 2 valve control can be found for about $500.

if your crawler has a pto you should be able to drive it from there the pto on our d4 is a standard 1''3/8 6 spline 540 rpm type shaft
you can get pto driven hydrualic pumps for tractors through Bare & Co they specialise in tractor parts for many brands
they also have spool valves, fittings(modern agri style), hoses, rams etc
