I visited the quarry last week to finalise the arrangements for the Chapter 2 working weekend.

The quarry team were busy preparing the demonstration area ready for the event.

In addition to the new fleet of new WA900's, HD785's & PC800's on display, I'm pleased to report that we will have a few of Merrman's Cat's in action: 385, 775's & D9R. As Merriman have won a 2 year contract to remove the overburden from the new quarry extension.

Also new this year, will be a landrover display area, which will alternate between the earthmoving displays every 30 minutes. Our antique Cat's will be able to operate continously, in our dedicated exhibition areas.
