Cat 2 Ton questions

Cat 2 Ton questions was created by ELCA
I an resorting a 2 Ton serial #73575 and I have some questions.
Can anyone tell me what material and color was used for the seat parts of a 2 ton? Black seems to be the most appropriate but I've seen pictures with red.
As vinyl was not around in the 1920's was leather or canvas used?
Can anyone help me with a information panel that fits on the back of the drivers seat.
Does anyone have a drawing of the radiator cap catch that was used on the 2 Ton I think I can make one if I know what it looks like.
Thanking you and keep up the good work as new comers like me want to learn.

Hi ELCA,
welcome to the BB,
some where I had a plan view factory photo of a 2TON with the bonnet of. The seat material looked like leather with pleats like car seats of the day, would guess that the pleats were about 2" wide. My last 2Ton #70253 1925 Holt had the bucket seat and remnants of leather upholstery. Hard to tell from black and white photo what the dark colour was, but looked black, very dark and shiny.
The cap bail is like an "m" shape, pretty much out off scan post memory here at the moment sorry can't help more.
Seat plates would have "fallen" of fairly quickly so are hard to find.
Regards
Eddie B.
