What do you use to haul your Cat? was created by ktmrider

I am starting to look around for something to haul a Cat 50 around. It's going to be bumping 10 tons with the blade on it. What do you bigger Cat guys use to haul the bigger toys?

How about a older used school bus. Might need a tag axle to help with weight. Cut off back part of body and move forward to enclose a smaller area or what ever you need. catskinner

I thought of the school bus idea but then I thought about the capacity of a school bus. What are they designed to carry? fifty 200 lb people? That's a long ways from a bigger crawler. Has anybody tried streching a Class 8 OTR tractor frame and making an equipment hauler out of it? With a set of 44k rear axles it would haul anything reasonable.
