Here are some specs and you can make out the two brackets for winch control and valve control (no rear lines though)

D47U as best as we can guess the brackets were for bolting on a tripod type jib like an old crane with a pulley at the top that you can pass the winch rope over. But this is just a guess as the two brackets are all that came with the tractor unless anbody knows different, I believe this is an ex swedish army spec dozer.
