Cat 60 serial numbers was created by 65case

I am looking at getting two Cat 60s and wondering about what years they are. The first is PA8593. The second is PA 3849 and it has the fuel tank on the left side and a right hand clutch. I thought the 60s had the fuel tank on the right and a left hand clutch. Any help would be appreciated.

Fuel tank could be either side, clutch was on the corresponding opposite side.
Left fuel tank, agricultural tractor for vision for ploughing.
Right fuel tank, industrial tractor.
