Hi, Folks.
Some 'foterz' of loading 20 trucks - yep, that's TWENTY trucks - last Saturday, 5-20-2022, at the Pioneer Day Barn and Museum in Paso Robles, CA.. The first 2 are of a Holt 75, the next 2 are of a Holt 120, the fifth is a Best 70 round wheeler and the sixth shows 2 Best Sixtys, including Number 101A, as I understand it, the first one built in 1919.

Truth in advertising! Several of us can attest to the fact, the Tri-Tip sammiches whipped up by the Farm Bureau group are delish... Ray54 will you be helping out again?
I think I survived by only consuming those sammiches. The best part was that the folks that volunteered each year were the NICEST folks. JM

Not sure yet Gee. I have a ankle that is making walking painful. I do have a representative running the pit toasting the bread or watching tri tip on the grill.

Dang old cows seem to want to have water every day, which needs eyes on to make sure things all work. But cooler weather will help.

Well, some people hadd some fun at the 2022 Best Of The West show. Some people, biased, I am sure, even said that we moved more dirt here than they did at Tulare a month ago. These photos are of the digging area just before we buried the evidence.

*** Dessert? That’s right, I missed that part, I was already asleep! I am sure someone else enjoyed my portion.(I think Jan Meermans was steering me away from there on purpose!)
Yes sir, thanks to everyone that helped as well as the participants.
My visit was very brief, but got to take in a nice low keyed event and mingle with many nice folks.
I hated to leave, but some of us poor people needed to go back to work.
Maybe I’ll mark it on my calendar for 2023 for the BIG show. JM
