I had to quit working on the stuck grader because a pregnant Cow moose wondered by. I let her eat in peace.The snow is so deep this year the moose are getting possessive of my driveway and the cottonwood trees that blew down on Jan. 1st, next to my driveway. I've got to get some new snowshoes and cut some cottonwood trees down in the yard out of the way so the moose aren't up by the house. They love the sweet taste of cottonwood tops this time of year; all they get this time of year are just the better tips from willow, young birch and red alder. They can smell the sweet cottonwood bark from the tops a long ways off and they can get very protective.Fin and father (Fish
