O. T. - an interesting lowbed full trailer and a Hitachi KH125 crane rigged as a dragline with a boom that can be 'bent' between the butt section and the second section for transport in one piece.

Thanks... i used to move two draglines around all the time. i used a beam trailer with a removable neck and a winch truck to haul with. i used the crane to remove and replace the neck and set the bucket just in front of the crane. then winch it all up and on the fifth wheel and away we go. i would swing the boom over and lower it to just above the headache rack and over the cab so it stuck out in front. had to plan your route but wasn't to much trouble. the tracks on the crane would be just a few inches off the ground. wish i had some pics.
