Are they just layers pinned together?

I had mine done by PaperPulleys that Rome referenced. They did a great job and supplied everything needed beyond the bare hub that I sent them. Was about 375 when I did it about 5 years ago. About 5 million layers of paper. I keep mine inside when it's not in use (just the pulley wheel - the rest of the PTO attachment stays on the tractor)

Cheers,
Neil

there timber so any good woodworker could make you new timbers simply rough cut them out of marine ply and stack and glue lam them together and turn to final shape on a wood lathe remember a flat belt pulley has a slight convex curve on the working face so you have to allow for that.

The same place Rome mentioned remade one for my Super H Farmall in 2017 and charged me just over $200 using my hub with additional freight both ways of about $50.
It was repainted and very professionally done. It took so little time that I thought they must have had a rebuilt one on the shelf. It is a common part for multiple tractors.
