All those numbers are casting numbers, not part numbers. The one tag that would identify a serial number is not legible.
6F6066 would be the casting number for a 6F6464 part number. The housing for at 9D13594 to 9D36342 serial number #25 double rear drum cable control.

Hi, bnjhnsn.
Further to Bursitis' post above, always adjust the clutch with the engine shut down. I once saw a man trying to adjust one of these clutches with the engine running. The ONLY good thing about the whole incident is that there was NO cable connected to the cable drum. When I asked this man what he was doing, he said that he was adjusting the clutch. I replied that the way he was doing it was not how I would do it, and was promptly told that I was doing it al wrong.
I had shown this particular man how to do it several years earlier but I was still 'wrong' and he was doing it 'his way'.
