Hi, Folks.
So WHERE on this little, round rock is Elkader?????????????

It'z up in the North-east corner of Iowa and it'z also where it looks as if there's gonna be a National ACMOC show well and truly worth attending.

How do I know???????????

I was up there today and I'm gonna go back and pester 'em some more tomorrer.

I SERIOUSLY doubt that the locals around the Elkader that I am visiting in IOWA would appreciate you telling them that their pretty little town is in Kansas.

Onna (slightly) lighter note, here are a couple of photos of our illustrious committee member, Jan Meermans, DESECRATING some perfectly good pasture with a 14A D8.

Awesome pictures of moving dirt and thanks for sharing!! As a kid I was mesmerized by the D8's moving dirt on the various dam projects around here. Wish I was there.
For the record Elkader KS ceased to exist last century and now there are only a few stone remnants along the Smoky Hill River where it used to be.
