D2 2S blade mount ram trunnions - repair?

Hi all,
I dropped the 2S blade mounts from my 5U into Caledonia Diesel today to get the pin bores line-bored back to size and new threads installed. I noticed that the trunnions that the hydraulic cylinder mounts on to are very worn. They work fine of course but there's a 1/4 of slop. Me being me, I'm wondering since I have the mounts in the shop, are those trunnions (called pin in the parts catalog) available from Cat or elsewhere? It'd be nice to get them back to spec and get rid of all that slop. The part # from the Form 30638 is 6F6824. One per mount. I'm checking with Dana but in case he plays out, wondered if there are any other sources. I guess I can always cut them out, get them built back up and turned down and reinstall.__PRESENT

Cheers,
Neil

Well I not sure what’s your asking. Trunnions as I know them are as shown In the picture.  That’s where the draft arm or side of the blade push against. But my understanding is the end is radius or female ball sockets so one could not line boring that as you would be only makes straight hole.
Just need to find time to change them on my d6 . Let know if you find a good way to fix the blade arm .

The D4, D4D, D5, D6, D6B all use the same trunnion.

om thats good to know. i was told the 6u engines internally are similar to d6 with both using the same pistons rods and valve gear.
