Remiinds me of when my old company changed mobile suppliers. The signal strength in our area was very poor. After one guy complained he couldn't get a signal, the "telephone help desk" said he needed an external aerial for his mobile. A few days later it arrived, a 5in diameter circle of white plastic with two telescopic aerials coming out at 45 degrees (you probably remember these from old portable televisions ?) The poor chap then complained that they had forgotton to send him the chin strap so he could strap it on his head !
That'll teach him to complain I thought !
