D4 Alternator Mount was created by Ells84

I was wondering about this mount and pulley setup on my 1952 D4 is this a kit that was bought or a homemade? Wondering about the second belt pulley on the front of the water pump, was it factory or an add on? If it's a factory pulley what did it run originally?
