Very well could be.  Fresno was one of the earliest and there were a zillion copies and to get by the Fresno name they called them tumblebugs

Interesting tumblebug scraper. I don’t know what brand/make.
Here is a newer version used for blocking irrigation checks. These were very common out west.
Nelson Mfg. made many, this one is a copy from Woods Mfg. the “Tree Squirrel “ manufacturers.
