Great video Rome. The D8H tractors would be either 68As (power shift) or 22As (direct drive) built in Glasgow, Scotland.

I find it strange that they hooked up a towing tractor rather than pushing. That really constrains the scraper operator as to where he cuts and where he dumps. He has to go where the front tractor takes him. If there is a "fill boss" his dumping spot is decided for him but where he makes his cut is usually his choice. I also noted the pulling tractors had the push plate mounted. I wonder what "Dick Hampton" was thinking.

Yes! Thank you very much! Truly appreciated! That was a good time, I wish I would have known better how to put the names with faces of the members from ACMOC at the show, little time and wanted to meet and talk with more people.
