I cannot find the Board Minutes. I would like to read up on what has been going on in this "Club". Did the BOD decide to eliminate this feature from the members page or is the Administration still tweaking the BB? Last minutes were from 9-30-2020 I believe, and now NOTHING. JM.

Must be just you - I just looked at the 9/29/2020 minutes in the "Members" section a few minutes ago.
Usually seems to be about 4 or 5 months out of date when we get to see the minutes. Still only have a 2 or 3 line treasurer's report - must still be secret.

Just hit the MEMBERS Black box on the top, scroll down the page a bit on the right side and click on the year.

NOPE! I used to be able to see the minutes. All it does is post an ad for becoming a new member. This site is okay to use with a desktop computer, but I have received complaints from others that it is not so friendly with a handheld device (which I agreed). I also notice something quirky about the store checkout.

JM - If it asks you to become a member, it might mean that you're not logged in. Please check. If it still does not show you the minutes after confirming you're logged in, let John Gaunt know so it can be put on the bug list to be addressed

Two more lots of board meeting minutes have just been uploaded taking them to the meeting of 24th Nov.
The minutes from one meeting are approved at the following meeting, so there will inevitably be a short delay in publishing them.

I also have problems navigating the mobile version of ACMOC. On my iPhone it shows my name if I am logged on. Even after being logged on it is very difficult to find what one is looking for. For example, to get to the forum one Has to page way down toward the bottom and find the word forum listed in real small type. I agree with JM that the mobile version is closer to user hostile rather than user friendly. Just my two cents. Sent from my iPhone

Neil: I DO log in. I used to be able to get the minutes as well as the members list. This is something we noticed that is not seen or available on an iphone. Used to only work on desktop, and not sure about ipad...
Thank you for noticing. I will email Mary and see what she comes up with. I am hoping that it is just a minor glitch on my account that can be remedied easily.

Hello JM, here is one of the administrators. I normally access from my laptop (windows 10) and today I’m using my iPhone. I can see some problems like if I select private messages it appears to return me to the home / join us page as if I am not logged in, which I am because if I “go back” it says I am logged in. I will ask the developers to look at this. In the meantime, if you are able could you try accessing PMs on a lap or desktop computer and see if that works. If it does work it suggests it’s something to do with the iPhone. If it still doesn’t work it suggests it’s to do with your account. These days to be safe you have to test on all platforms likely to be used....windows 10 and earlier versions, iOS (iPhone), android, Linux etc. A tall order! Please let us know the outcome of the above tests and I will follow up. Rest assured that we want this new site to work correctly and give satisfaction.
