1953 D2 5U12237 Starting Engine Fuel Lines Replacement

More

I overhauled the starting engine. Putting the fuel lines back on, I've decided I'd like to replace them as they are dented, kinked, and the fittings hex flats are well rounded. Does anyone know of a good solution? I'd like to maintain the high integrity of the original lines (Stainless), but would like to convert to more modern fittings. Thank you.

Coated brake line works good, you can still buy the flared ends from Cat, 4F9109

I use copper/nickle brake line, doesn't corrode and work harden when you bend it. Use it with compression type hydraulic fittings, stainless is an option.
