E110B excavator swing brake

I have a Cat E110B 9HF01102 engine S4KT 004641 Excavator. I had a failure of an add-on electric fuel pump last week resulting in a fire under the fuel tank. I got the fire out and looks like only the wiring to the fuel gauge is burned. I fired it up today and everything works but the swing. I can tell it is trying to turn, but the swing brake must be in. 10 years ago, I had a mechanic out to work on it and the swing brake solenoid was bad. He replaced it and it has worked fine. There was a wire from somewhere around the cab to under the fuel tank which I thought was to the add on fuel pump. When I started it today, I noted what sounded like a fuse snapped or burned. The 10 amp? fuse 3rd down on the right side of the fuse block was burned. I seem to remember that back when I first got this excavator there was the same red wire connected to a fuse in the area where the burned fuse was. At this time I have not found that swing brake solenoid. As I remember it closes between the lines to the swing motor. The motor holds the swing steady with hydraulic pressure. I have to get the swing brake released so I can turn the house to get to the fuel tank bolts.
This is the reason I have stayed with Cat. I have a friend who has an old Deere Excavator and it has discs on the turntable spindle and it was over $10K for repairs and it still drifts.. Any advice would be appreciated.

I might add if you have one of these add on electric fuel pumps be sure to put it where you can see it or get to it in case of fire... I poured 10 gal of water on this while my wife called the fire dept. The last 1/2 gal of water in the gap under the hyd tank put out the fire. I also now have 10 new 5lb fire extinguishers distributed for 1 in each piece of equip.. I think I need more...
