Arronco Coal Mine.
Slope mine near Price, Utah."Caterpillar"" Diesel D13000 Engine with generator furnishing power and lights for entire mine. Runs cutter, pump, hoist, shaker, etc. Work 7 hours a day. Average output, 250 tons. Engine uses 2 1/4 gallons (10 cents worth of fuel per hour). 7500' altitude.
Believe that's a D11000 power unit.
