I seem to have a problem with my D2 and D4 pony mags, in that you need 90 degree terminals for the plug wire to go into the cap. The ones I bought from Napa are not long enough and dont go deep enough to snap in place. A little vibration and the connection goes bad. I looked at Brillman.com and not sure if their terminals are any longer. Does anyone have a recommendation for buying the correct ones? Thanks, Grant.

I got good used original "U"series pony wire sets available. Being solid wire core they don't wear out. Buy right or left side or the set.
Make sure you use solid wire core wire for magneto ignition.
