Who built this blade?

I recently picked up another D4D84J from an estate sale. Has the small engine with a triple valve CAT hydraulic system. It has Quinn decals on it, was supposed to have come back from Susanville, CA where it spent its time pulling a strawberry plant harvester.
The blade make is unknown to me. I wish to think that someone from a professional fabrication shop built it.
Looks too good to have been “farmer built”. It isn’t super heavy duty by means, but very functional for light pushing. Any guesses or ideas? Maybe it’s construction looks familiar to someone here. TIA. JM.

Everybody else could get by with that but if I ran it the hydraulic hoses would surely get in the tracks.......

No worries gentlemen. It is getting longer hoses and some well deserved attention. I am not a fan of the hoses hanging over the tracks either. I might just use this tractor for pulling a disc at my mom's, so maybe the blade comes off...

Just some simple brackets off the fender would help.
