3204 injector question

3204 injector question was created by Jdz
I have a 3204 that has a rusted injector line under the valve cover. It’s the line that goes from the adaptor to the injector. I want to replace the line but I cannot find a part number for it. Do I have to replace the whole injector? Also, it has a 7 sided nut on the injector side of the line, where do I find that wrench? Part number for the injector is 4w7015 if that helps at all.

Hi Team,
the pipe is part of the injector and the injector internal settings would likely be lost if tampered with--we never had any apart and so always used New or Reman. replacements.
We used to clean and initially test them, if they tested with in range of Spec. Valve Opening Pressure we would clean them in an ultra-sonic bath and re-test and supply a Reman or new unit.

If you were still dead keen to replace the pipe then you would need to get a discarded unit to swap a pipe from and take pot luck as to the result--never tried it to comment further.

Seeing as they are something like $45 US from Ebay--Dealer???--I would replace the faulty unit.
