Parked the grader last fall, went to fire it, no spark from the mag. I’ve buffed the points new plugs. Going to gap the points tomorrow. If that doesn’t work is my next option to pull the mag? It’s in such fun place to work on too. The machine sat for 3 years and a little buff on the points and she fired right off , been working fine till now.
Any one in the Eugene OR that has some expertise I sure could use the help.

Try disconnecting the kill switch.
FILE the points
Check or replace the condenser
Mag could be wet inside and drying it out in an oven could fix it.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time:D

Well tried all of the above, except the condenser. Still no fire. So looks like I will have to pull the mag. There is almost impossible to work on in place. Appears the carb has a stuck float too so time to go a little deeper. Thanks for the reply.
