Went and looked at the D5 I asked about last week. It is a 21j 583 so that fits within Old Magnets 619 production number. Pretty clean old farm cat but probably too many issues to rebuild for every day use but likely last a long time with my hobby farming. Looks like hydraulic pump leaking and tank maybe leaking also. Supposed to be consuming a little water but no bubbles in radiator upon startup or after warming it up. Steering clutch adjustment Used up and maybe weak after getting warm but worked fine yesterday. Rear main leaking oil into clutch? Oily in that area but hard to tell until I get it home and service it. 3306 engine not original to tractor and the injection pump looks different from the other D5’s that I have and has a smaller turbo. Can anyone help me I’d it from the pics? Wondering if newer engine or maybe originally for a different application. Thanks, Mike

I'm thinking it's a hybrid, a much later block/engine s/n but a earlier sleeve metering pump with the center mount filter housing.
