Hi, d4angelo.
I do believe that is some long, skinny drink o' water from way down near the border who was gifted that D8 outa thin air some years ago. I believe he holds a position of some responsibility on some board or other somewhere, so you might liketa think that he'd be above stealin' people's lunches and such.

I also understand that he jumps back-n-forth across the border to 'Mehico' a fair bit so you'll hafta be on yore toes to catch him.

Let us know how the investigation turns out, please?

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Maybe that fellow didn’t want to share his meal you you Angelo. Might have been cheaper to toss you guys a few tidbits that paying for patching the knees on his pants!
That’s one way to avoid the blistering sunshine.

Had I only known about D4angelo's antics, I would have "mooned him!"

I was pleased to come across D814A 1032 sitting there at our event and was checking out the 4M5894 EQUALIZER BAR which apparently was supplied with the early 14As in lieu of the Equalizer Spring which followed beginning with 14A3861, all while trying hard to not get my pants too filthy! In the end, no patching of the knees was necessary. The D8 belonged to the property owner where the event was being held and later in the day with his permission, one of our members who works for Quinn Caterpillar, fired it up and took it out for a check ride. It ended up having some issues starting with a cracked head but for a short run, it worked out fine. It would also lug down and die suddenly and then the solenoid switch for the direct electric start system had to be jumpered to restart it again. Oh well, I guess that goes with finding a 65 year old tractor "resting."

The Plow Day was a checkered Green and Red event and the old D8 was the only one there to represent the Yellow, thanks to D4angelo not bring up one of his yellow "plow pullers." He was scolded accordingly!
