Unit is to old for local CAT Dealer, and google doesnt help me much on this one.

The 12E, 21Fxxxx (Australia) is the same as the 12E, 99E (US). Should be plenty of info out there.

my 21F1-up Parts Book shows :- 2 only 9F6700 Elements--likely update by now.

Another example of why Dealers should be subsidizing this BB, we do most of their work for them on older units like this.

I believe there were two different motors fitted to 21F graders early D318 similar to D6 8U/9U pilot motor start, later D333 24 volt direct electric start. I don't know the serial number where the change occured
My book 21F531-up shows 2 of 7M3800 for engine oil and 8B5935 transmission.My 21F is a D333 version. Also could be all wrong and confusing people.

I just checked 99E serial number shows up on Australian SIS Web.
Full parts list.
I have a 38E and it requires the following filters, should be the same as yours.
1R0659 Engine Oil filter requires 2 off
5B5937 Gasket
5B5940 Gasket
2A5886 Fuel Filter requires 4 off
7B7653 Gasket requires 2 off
P181103 Air Filter Donalson
P158661 Air Filter Donalson
8B5935 Transmission Filter

A 38E (Australia) is the same as the US 70D which uses the D318 engine.
All the info I have (deemed correct) shows the 21F equal to the 99E with all the 99E's using the D333 engine.
