I think this is one of the Army LGP SD8s that went to Europe (Norway or Sweden?) after being in Greenland. Note it now has carrier rollers instead of the long oak timbers.

Yep, I mentioned the carrier roller conversion in my comments on Youtube.
There is/was a largish pipeline and construction company in the Netherlands, A Hak, who had a bunch of them set up as pipe carriers and sidebooms.
