Pull grader production date was created by Cat Tracks

I have a friend that just picked up an old Caterpillar pull grader and he was curious as to what year it would be, I told him that there was a good chance that someone on this site would know.
the Serial number is a G3254

Skinner thanks for the link theres a lot of great info there, I still don't see his grader in there with a serial number with a G in it.

that is a nice looking grader Bill, identical to my friends, So did Russell make them for caterpillar in the early days then cat just put there tag on it
