It depends on what you mean by pestering. Is it on this board or elsewhere? Threats or just emails?
If it is on this bulletin board you need to contact a moderator or a BoD member. Most of the time it is just a misunderstanding between someone but in this case he has been warned before and his name is not G Costanza.

He contacted me via PM and was very rude. His message was lost on me as soon as he became repugnant; I asked him nicely the first time to not contact me anymore. The third time he contacted me his tone was just as vitriolic. Next time I will NOT be nice nor kind about it. I'm an old biker set in my ways and I didn't let my mother talk to me that way, SO WHY IN THE FUC* would I let him!

yes just delete the messages (it could be a real person or just a bot that has assumed this id and has your handle randomly - either way, don't lose any sleep over it)
