D42T 4A Dozer was created by bernie
Going over my dozer on the D$2T and seeing what it requires to remove the dozer blade with the arm assembly's only, not the C-Frame, for hauling. I have the parts book for 5F501 UP; 6F 1001 UP; 2A 1001 UP; 4A 2001 UP. This is Form 30452.

Does someone have a photo of the nose assembly of Cap Screw 500-A, Wire 1F 5364, pins and collars too. Is removal as simple as removing the Cap Screw and lifting off the plate allowing the pin 5F1406 to pull out?

Also, why is there only one cap screw when there are three holes-doesn't look like there would be much adjustment there by moving the cap screw from one of the three holes to another.

Thanks-
Bernie

Yes just remove 5F1406 and 5F1408 pins. The adjustment is for the side push arms to line up in the C frame.

Thanks! The wire must serve as a catch in case the pin drops from the cap screw breaking or drifting out?

The pin has three different diameters, and the middle one is offset from the ends. When you replace the pin you can rotate it with the cross hole to get everything lined up
