Good afternoon! Are there any suggestions as to what hose to use as a replacement hydraulic hose for my D4? The existing hose pushes on the tube nipple and is secured with a bolted on clamp. Something that looks right would be a bonus too! Thank you for your suggestions. Elton

Any 2 wire #12 (3/4”) hydraulic hose will work just fine. The standard hose is designated SAE100R2 and is interchangeable across manufacturers. The Anchor style two bolt clamps are original and adequate for the pressures developed by the hydraulic system. I don’t know if you can still buy them new though. Haven’t tried to find any, just reuse the old ones with new bolts as necessary.

D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time:D

The farm uses clamps very similar to the Anchor style on the wind machine propane hoses, source unknown.
