After too long, we finally fired up the 35 today. It sounds good. Took it for six laps around the Cat Shop. Way too much fun. I'll see if I can get some photo's tomorrow.

Sounds like you fellers had another successful "Catnight" Dozerman51 and i are going to make one of those Tuesday nights before long:) What did you have to go through to get the 35 up and running again? Let's see them pics when you get a chance. Don

When I got the 35 it had a motorcycle carb on it. No governor hooked up. Fuel shut off wouldn't work. Pony did not run. The clutch on the pony had blown apart with a real Joe Magee repair. Mag was in bad shape. Diesel ran good.
We replaced the track pads, rebuilt carb, clutch, reinstalled the pony and mag. Redid the fuel shut off, and now drive it.

Fired up the 35, and took it out for a spin to get a couple of pictures for the BB. Idled it way down and turned sharp, boy do I love the sound of a 3 banger lugging down.

7uPuller, here is a photo of my Diesel 35 at the Iowa ACMOC show several years ago. They are a nice tractor, if a little small. GWH

Gwh,
Looks good. I worked on the 35 all day. Way too much fun. The fuel pressure line to the gauge wasn't hooked up. After I hooked it up, I realized why somebody unhooked it. Leaky copper line behind the gauge. Took a while, but before I came in for dinner, The gauge was working with no leaks.
Eugene Vik,
I'll take the light, bracket, and generator. 94952 is the zip.
