I got 2 water pumps apart to get enough parts to get one back together.
I have bearings and the grease seal still waiting for a delivery from florin for the shaft seal and retainer . There's also seals for the transfer pump coming in the same order.
I was able to score the last fuel gauge face from the ACMOC store, not sure when more will be in stock. Draw bar wear shoe and stops coming also
I talked to Pohl spring last week and they're backed up so no telling on my spring.

Transfer pump sealed and cleaned ready for paint. I ordered the gasket with the old part number but it upgraded to the new 2 piece gasket. I didn't get the ring gasket that goes under the seal housing so I had to make it. I know the Squatch video list both numbers. 
I had to improvise a tool to hold the spring and the seal housing down while I pressed the gear on. There's a tool shown in the Squatch video but I don't plan on making a habit of resealing transfer pumps so didn't take the time to build it

Hope you "tamped" the seals in, if not they can leak.

Yes sir, I tapped them down until I felt them seat in. I rotated the shaft and it had good resistance so I'm pretty sure they're good. I have installed similar type packing in pumps before so should be good to go.

Oh ok good.

Transfer pump, water pump and crank pulley, thermostat housing installed.
I had to block both brakes with the transmission in 1st gear to get to 185lbs ft on the crank pulley.
Haven't heard from Pohl spring yet but I think I'm going to put the tracks on and deal with the spring later. Once the tracks are on I can start putting on fenders and keep moving forward 

      

Clever! I like what you did there. Tractor looks good. Really good. You've done a top notch job. I'm lagging behind. Had to fix dump run trailer, go cart motor for kids, rototiller, ride on, now the boat...😂 Always something especially this time of year. Keep up the great work!

Hahaha Nathan there's always something to do. I'm sure a boat and a go cart will beat out and old Cat at most houses. That pesky honey do list is really messing with my quality Cat time these days. But I'm on a mission and the longer day light hours are helping with the "list".
