Sounds like it might be an old 8W SN DW21 tractor with twin stacks. They used the origial D337 engine where the 69C and up had the later completely different D337F engine in them and the DW20 followed the same way.

SJ: The D337F Turbocharged was a sweet motor and worked very well on the DW20s our battalion had in Vietnam and Thailand. Plenty of power and really had lugging power. We had Letourneau BT2 Scrapers attached to the DW20s. 26 cu yd struck load on those scrapers. The D337F was really a quiet motor compared to the old twin stackers.
